THE SERVICE
Our Homes are Needs Specific. Every individual has a nicely furnished room to themselves and the communal areas are shared to promote Social Inclusion and Independence.
The Support given is dependent upon the needs of the individual as we are strong on Person Centred Care/Support.
We stay big on promoting known skills and engage the Services of other Professionals to identify and promote skills for independence by engaging in positively helpful activities.

Once we’ve found a carer you like and approve, we will work out a support strategy to deliver the maximum value to your loved one. If necessary your carer may move into your spare room to help offer support, improve the quality of life and help with every other thing necessary. They can help with everything from getting washed and dressed, to cooking, running errands and cleaning.
In addition to household tasks, they become a supportive companion, there for mealtime chats, days out or walks around the local area. Making life safer, fun, independent and make life more enjoyable.
We are strong around whistle blowing, safeguarding and DOLs as we believe that these protect the interests of the parties involved.
